#Happy New Year 2023

There are a lot of allegories in the Bible, lot of similies which compare God's children to trees that will flourish. 
Psalm: 1,92
Jer:17
      Producing fruits of all kinds
      In season and off season
      Will not wither
      Will flourish
      Grow strong
      Not bothered / not worries
      Leaves stay green

Yes! Such is the Godly. Such is the children of God. Why? Because that is God's plan for His loved ones. God's call is to bless. He loves and chooses to give the best. He chooses to provide not only eternal blessing; but blessings in this world as well. 
Practically how does it work out? 

Ps:92:13 For they are transplanted to the Lord's own house
They flourish in the courts of our God. 

From dirty and mirky marshland, God has transplanted you and me into the rich and fertile soils of His courtyard. 
It is not dirty water or sub optimal and inadequate minerals that you take in anymore. But God's chosen soil has the choicest minerals handpicked for you and the purest water. 
As you feed on His word daily. 
As you imbibe His presence. 
As you spent time in His bosom every moment. 

Flourishment happens naturally. No more surviving; but thriving in His eternal presence. Being blessed to be a blessing for others. To be God's channel. Only because of one thing - that you are transplanted to His Kingdom. From darkness to light. From being stolen to be richly supplied. That is the truth. 

May this New Year enable you to recognise this truth of being transplanted and enable you to thrive just as He has planned for you.

Be a man.

1 Cor:16:13 Be on the alert, stand firm in faith; act like men; be strong. Watch out. Look out. Be on the alert. Stand firm in faith. That is what men do. Be strong. Stay strong. Dwindling in your trust in God is what children do. Act like the man you are. Be a man. Stay strong on your faith. No matter what happens, hold fast to your God. That is mature faith. Do not let go to fear or anxiety. Be strong. Faith is trusting God, the Father despite what the circumstances look like. Knowing fully that He is in control. That He will take care and thats enough. Grace. Mercy. Kindness. Love

Eph:2:1-9 Dead. Dead in our transgressions and sins. Disobedient. Gratifying the cravings of the sinful nature. Under the ruler of the kingdom of air. Made alive. By Grace - incomparable riches of His grace. From objects of wrath - made alive with Christ - seated us with Him - in heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. By a God rich in mercy . Formed

Until Christ be formed in you. Gal:4:19 That was the sole desire of Paul regarding the Galatians. That Christ be formed in them. Infact that is God's desire in your life. That Christ be formed in you completely. Formed fully in you. That you be transformed into the likeness of Christ Jesus. To purge out all evil. Holy Spirit

Having believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession. Eph:1:13-14 The process starts with belief. Once you believe, you are marked ( infact you were marked - past tense. That in itself is another writing). Marked with a seal ie. the promised Holy Spirit. Seal is something which denotes ownership or belonging. The Lord's possession are we (v:14). His precious property. He has put His seal of affirmation upon us, so that the devil cannot lay claim. The presence of the Holy Spirit in your life is the evidence , the guarantee that you belong to Him. Is the Holy Spirit active in your life? Are you receptive and responsive to the nudgings of the third person of Trinity? The Holy Spirit of God. How serious am I about the presence of this Holy One in my life? As a friend. As an Advocate. Who influences my conscience, who shows the correct path. Who ...

Made known

Eph:1:9 He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Christ. He is not a stingy God, that He would want us to force open His closed fist and find out what He has hidden from us. But His will, He is willing to reveal to us according to His good pleasure, that He purposed through Jesus Christ. A loving Father, willing to reveal His mysterious will, out of His love to one rebellious son. The son is still rebellious, but the Father is willing. The Father's love allures, but the son is still allieanated. But still the Father is willing to reveal. Not forced out of compulsion. Not forced out of obligation. But forced out of love to the rebellious son. Fully out of good pleasure. Which father would do that, but for the unending eternal source of love. He is love. That is why He is able to do it. He is good. That is why. He is true. He has promised. And He is faithful. He will not defer. He will not deter. He will not change. ...
