Scars

Shemaiah's prophecy to Rehoboam. 
2Chron:11:4
Do not fight against your relatives.

Very often when we receive injustice from our own family, that hurts us more. When people who were supposed to love us turn against us, we are wounded more. They were supposed to protect us. Care for us.

If you have received abuse from your own family - be it emotional abuse, be it physical / sexual abuse, be it social abuse, we would often boil inside with rage and anger and hatred and disgust, basically of this fact - he was my brother, she was supposed to be my family.
That builds up as contempt and bitterness. Yes that has hurt. That has wounded. That has created in you severely deep scars. You tend to think, why they behave as if nothing happened even years down the line. But why am I affected? Why is God not bringing justice?
Unforgiveness builds up. The scars become bigger over the years.

You might not fight. But hatred and loath that is in you froths up.
1Cor:6:7 Why not just accept the injustice and leave it at that? Why not let yourselves be cheated?

Jesus very well knew that He was going to be cruelly assaulted and be murdered at their hands. But didn't He give Himself away?
I am not telling you to be foolish and succumb yourself to be utilised.
But giving away is so much releasing -  promises God.

If something has already happened, just forgive. Do not brood. Do not cry for justice or vindication.
If you are in the process of it (may be financial lawsuits), or personal level harassment - just leave it. God is in control. Let them have it. Let them have the final say.
If you are about to be cheated, let yourselves to be cheated. Do not quarrel over it. Let yourself have the loss.
 The Lord is your vindicator. He is your provider. He is your protector. The Lord will take care. Loving them and forgiving them for what they have done to you, releases your burden.

    Amen.🙏🏻. What a great reminder to let go, and let God. We have a God who continues to write our story. He refreshes the soul and is the only one who can heal all scars, aches and wounds.

Be a man.

1 Cor:16:13 Be on the alert, stand firm in faith; act like men; be strong. Watch out. Look out. Be on the alert. Stand firm in faith. That is what men do. Be strong. Stay strong. Dwindling in your trust in God is what children do. Act like the man you are. Be a man. Stay strong on your faith. No matter what happens, hold fast to your God. That is mature faith. Covenantal Promise

Gal:3:17 What I am saying is this: the Law which came four hundred and thirty years later does not invalidate a covenant previously ratified by God; so as to nullify the promise. The covenantal Promise was given first. Later the Law. Therefore the Law isn't greater. The Promise is. The Law doesn't invalidate it. But ascertains it. It was an addendum. The promise is based on grace alone. Not that grace came along afterwards. It was not by deeds that Abraham was saved. Abraham believed God and it was credited to Him as righteousness.  So does it mean that the election is based on your  faith? Until Christ be formed in you. Gal:4:19 That was the sole desire of Paul regarding the Galatians. That Christ be formed in them. Infact that is God's desire in your life. That Christ be formed in you completely. Formed fully in you. That you be transformed into the likeness of Christ Jesus. To purge out all evil. Grace

Gal:1:15 But when God who had set me apart even from my mother's womb and called me through His grace. A persecutor of the church; a tormentor of Christians. Chosen.
