Greater

Because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

1 John:4:4

What more do I want? In temptation, in troubles, in testing times, in any overwhelming situations. He that is in me, who is my Father and desires my good is greater than He that is in the world the enemy, who demands my downfall. And so I need not be perplexed. I need not be afraid.

I know that He is in full control of my life. He is Sovereign and He is good. I am His. He loves me and that is enough for me to trust Him.

Everything we need

Authority

Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every authority instituted among men. 1 Pet:2:13 Slaves submit yourselves to your masters with all respect not only to those who are good and considerate but also to those who are harsh. 1 Pet:2:18 Submitting to your good and considerate bosses is easy. It is a natural response. It doesn't require an advise or an admonition. However if he/she is a hard taskmaster, you are still asked to submit.
