Throw out the mocker and the fighting goes too.
We are in a world where making fun of each other is considered elite. In order to be in the gang, you have to part take in the gossip. About your bosses, about each other. You have to take it in that spirit. No matter how hurtful it might sound to the hearers or the recepients. Whether it is body shaming or putting down in a particular trait. Whether it is right or wrong doesn't matter. If it is included as a joke, it goes well.
Hurtful words in order to win an argument even with a tint of humour in it, you should refrain. Because it builds up hurt in someone's heart, resentment builds up, anger and bitterness and unforgiveness also build up.
Humour is good. But not at the level of mocking. Lord control my tongue. So that i would not hurt others with it.
