Jesus Christ

Psalm 43:3 
Send out your light and your truth
Let them guide me. 
Let them lead me to your Holy mountain
To the place where you live. 

Light is quintessential for man to walk. So that he would see where he sets his foot, where he walks, where he is guided. Many a times captives are often blindfolded, so that they wouldn't know where they were going, as a means of torturing them. 
So is truth - knowing the truth brings in more clarity. And when you have clarity you can be sure of what you are doing. It brings much freedom. 
John:8:32 And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. 

Jesus says - I am the light of the world and I am the way, the truth and the life. And He is the One who leads us to the Holy mountain of God. He is the bridge of our salvation. He is the One who made us accessible before the Holy Father. He is our righteousness. He is the Prince of Peace. He is the bread of life. He is the light of the World. He is the gate of the sheep. He is the good shepherd. He is the resurrection and the life. He is the way the truth and the life. He is the true vine. 
He is our Big Brother, our co heir who leads us into our Father's house which we could never dream of gaining access, because of our rebellion. He is the sinless Lamb of God who came to take away the sin of the world. 
Let us bow down and worship the God head, three in one - Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. For what He has done in our lives.

His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness. 2 Pet:1:3 Everything we need for our life in this present world; all our material needs; all our basic needs. And also for godliness; that is to grow in the knowledge of God; to build up in a relationship with God. Everything that you can think of. Everything you can ask for. Everything that you need. Has been given. It is yours for the taking. He will provide. For His name is Jehovah Jireh. Only we have to take it. Only we have to believe it and receive it. Why has He given us this? 2 John:6 And this is love, that we walk in obedience to His commands. As you have heard from the beginning, His command is that you walk in love. Love is obedience. Obeying His command of love. Everything you do is based on love. Love to God; and love to others. Love is the source based on which you act; you live Love not manufactured from broken cisterns But love that pours out from the source of unending living waters. Eternal life

What is eternal life? 1 John:2:24-25 See that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father. And this is what He promised us - even eternal life. The Triune God remaining in you and you in Him, is eternal life.  John:17:3  - Now this is eternal life. That they may know you, the only true God and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent Eternal life is not something you will receive on the other side of death. Golden streets, the river that will continue to flow without being dried up, fruits on trees in all season. Eternal life is now. It is knowing Him and remaining in Him. Life in all its abundance. Life to the fullest as it is designed to be. Yes it extends to eternity.  That it is not limited to a time frame, is just one dimension to it. Jude 23 Hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. Oh! Child of God, what is your approach to stain? Why compromise to wear a cloth Which the Lord loathes It brings intense detest to Him! But it allures you. Why? It disgusts Him. It actually smells so bad. But why are you attracted to it? Why do you admire? Why do you cherish? This is not just on the clothing It spreads. It disseminates into you It makes the air around you impure too. It brings in a stench. It stinks like skunk. But why has it becomes a fragrance to you? Why don't you realise your folly? Do not be surprised

Do not be surprised my brothers, if the world hates you.  1 John:3:13 No element of surprise. Expect the worst. Expect hatred. Expect no love. Then you won't be surprised. Because the world hated Jesus first. The world. Not directed to people. The system. We are enemies of the evil one.  So naturally the principalities of this world will fight. Hate.
