Always loquaicious, always garrulous and eloquent, always voluble. That's David for you. Talking his heart out. Unlike us who are mongers to each other who spreads gossip like wild fire. He was always verbal not even to his own self, neither to the people around. He verbalized continually to his God. Should I go there? Should I do this? Should I help him?
Even unlike, Saul who thought impractically that God was with him, though there was absolutely no probable communication between him and God. He falsely believes God is with him.
David as directed by God decides to protect the town of Keilah, but once Saul comes to the scene, Keilah would betray David to him, God reveals David. David should have been shattered by the revelation. But how much assured he might be, because he was sure his Almighty God will be with him no matter what.
A constant communication with God, not only gives you direction of your life, your path, but also gives you assurance and ability to trust and put your faith in the loving God.
🙏no wonder he was called man after God's own heart
