Jonathan, Saul's son goes to the enemy camp of Philistines along with his armour bearer. Just two of them killed almost twenty mighty Philistines. Because of which, panic broke out in the Philistine camp.
1Sam:14:15b Just then an earthquake struck and everyone was terrified.
We go on to read later Israel puts an end to the war by defeating the Philistine army.
Jonathan was super confident in his God. 1Sam:14:6 For nothing can hinder the Lord.
But he dared to proceed. He dared to do things in the eyes of faith. The lord has got my back, I will venture out in faith.
_ is studies a burden for you? Does it seem a huge mountain. The Lord has got your back.
_ are you emotionally tossed? In a trough with no energy to come out? The Lord has got your back.
_ is some task too difficult for you? The Lord has got your back.
What if Jonathan had the faith that nothing can hinder the Lord and sits along with his father around the pomegranate tree? Just because he pushed himself out of the hole he was in, the Lord intervened.
Do not sit there dear one. Do not sit and lament over your situation. Do not sit there and play the blame game. Do not sit there and give excuses and say I'm not able to.
Rise up and act.
Shake the fear in the mane and be authoritative of the circumstances that you are in. Be bold. For your Almighty Abba has got your back.
