Love

What is God's ultimate desire? What is the utmost plan in God's heart? In the depth of His heart?

Is not justice? Is it purity? Is it punishment?

Oh! Love covers everything.

Like what we say about a man in love - he would do anything to have her as his own. Love covers a multitude of sins.

If you confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness - Why? Out of His love.

For now there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus - Why? Out of His love.

He died and rose again - Why? Out of His love.

So is it that, He pushes out all His attributes to be outnumbered by love? Does He shove all of the other attributes under the carpet for the sake of love? Not at all. All of these were personified at the cross. He pictured it all. His justice. His love. His holiness. His faithfulness. His truthfulness. All encompassed under one umbrella.

When the Ninevites repented, it was this love that prompted Him to relent Himself from inflicting punishment. He kept on saying the very same thing to the rebelling Israelites - to repent and to return. And even if they didn't He was willing to restore and replenish their fortunes. He was willing to bring them back from the nation's. Israel I have loved, He says. He cannot stop loving them.

He cannot stop loving you. He cannot hate you for all the rebellion and all the reveling. He continues to love. For He is love. Waiting for you to return. That you might repent of your evil ways of running in that stipulated mould that the world offers. Run in the opposite direction. Turn 360°. For there is nothing in common with the world and the one who loves you the most.

He is what you need. He alone. He is waiting with arms open wide.

Sea of distress

Zech:10:11 They will pass safely through the sea of distress. Ps:23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of shadow of death I fear no evil For you are with me. Are you wounded? Are you weak?

Zech:10:12 By my power, I will make my people strong. This God equips. The hope is that the weak will not always be weak. In a world which teaches, survival of the fittest, God once again proves, He is of a different genre. He enables the weak, strengthens the heavy laden. We are not talking about physical strength. We are talking about facing the enemy. A fallen angelic being is definitely more powerful than a finite human. This war would soon be over. Human beings will thoroughly be defeated. And as God intervenes, He could have eradicated the enemy in a second because He is stronger. But as He equips the weaker being to defeat the stronger being, by resisting, by trusting, by hoping, He instils His power to the weaker being. The weaker one trusts and clings on to Him and the victory is won. In fact the battle has already been won, because it is the Lord's. Pupil of the eye

Zech:2:8 The pupil of the eye is one's most precious possession. All reflexes try to protect the pupil. Pupillary reflex to light is a sign of life. Therefore it is very close to life itself. God says, you are the pupil of His eye. His treasured possession. Very close to His heart. Therefore He will protect you with all His might. That is why He is a protective wall of fire around you. He is a shield around you. Ps:91:3-6 He will rescue you from every trap And protect you from deadly diseases. Be strong

Hag:2 Be strong - Zerubabbel Be strong - Jeshua Be strong - all you people still left in the land. My Spirit remains among you, just as I promised. So do not be afraid. I will fill this place with glory. The future glory of this Temple will be greater than it's past glory. And in this place I will bring peace. Case dismissed

Zech:3:1-3 One name of the enemy is accuser. He keeps on accusing against us to the Eternal Judge. The bard did that. The bard lied. The bard is angry. The bard is selfish. The bard is sinful to the core and corrupted. He is not fit to be inheriting the eternal kingdom. It is pride that demands for pleasures - the entertainments, the luxuries, the comforts. It is pride that leads to self pity when you do not get these pleasures as desired.
